California Hospital Medical Center participates in a large number of fairs throughout the year with a focus in three areas:
- Providing health care resources and access to uninsured or under-insured patients with collaborating partners such as the faith congregations
- Collaboration with our community partners such as American Alzheimer's Association and the American Cancer Society
- Working to correct health care racial disparities with partnering organizations
Through these fairs, California Hospital Medical Center promotes access to care for the uninsured, assists with navigation through health care systems, and promotes prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, and cancer. For more information, please call (213) 742-5952.
